Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All packages are shipped via ESTAFETA or FEDEX. Orders are processed upon payment verification. Once an order is verified you will receive an email containing shipment details, your tracking number and confirming that your order has been dispatched. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

Shipments that are refused by the recipient will result in the customer incurring re-routing fees. In the event that a shipment is refused by the recipient, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.

International customers will be responsible for paying customs & duties within their country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Please note that since transaction processing is done in the US your bank may apply international transaction fees.

- In case of choosing free shipping, the guide sent will be standard domestic.

- In case of bad weather, delivery times tend to be delayed.

- Orders received before 2:00 pm (GMT-5) will be processed the same day, and orders received after this time will be processed the next business day.
