PAYMENTS AND RETURNS
Since our pieces are unique and handmade, we do not accept returns and only accept merchandise exchanges for product defect or failure.
The exchange and our refund can be requested by email to firstname.lastname@example.org . It is important to explain in the body of the email and add photos the damage caused to your purchase. It can be done as long as the product is in perfect condition without signs of use and abuse within the first 2 calendar days after receiving the product.
It is necessary that each product be returned in the original packaging and with the corresponding guide.
All guarantees begin to apply from the purchase date indicated in the confirmation email with the order details.
Exchanges and returns of products purchased at points of sale other than www.arteamano.mx are not accepted.
ARTE A MANO BY MARIANA VÁZQUEZ reserves the right to deny an exchange on products that have suffered damage caused by improper use, mistreatment or extreme weather conditions.
Remember that each piece is unique. Product change will be subject to color availability. If we do not have the product you need, we will proceed to offer you a similar product.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you are shipping an item over $999.00 MXN, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns of 'on sale' merchandise or products purchased by applying a discount and/or promotion coupon are not accepted.
ARTE A MANO BY MARIANA VÁZQUEZ may cancel an order placed to be paid by bank deposit, oxxo payment or interbank transfer if the deposit is not made within 24 hours after your purchase request.
Once payment is received, no cancellations are accepted and no cash refunds are made. If an exchange is requested, it will be processed as an exchange for another product.
